A: Yes , just send us detail pictures of yours ,or detail drawings
or samples , or detail requirements .

A: Sample is OK , we can offer you right now if we have goods in
warehouse , if customized that need about 5 days . The samples can
be free but you need to pay for express fee .

A: We promise all top quality of our products ,and we have ISO , CE

A: About 3 days after receiving payment if your request is
conventional products in warehouse , bulk order is based on
quantity asproducing , and it is based on reality design if it is
customized type.

7Q: How many days will sample be finished and how we control the
sample charge?
1. If we have available mould, samples can be finished about 7
days.
2. If we don’t have the available mould, it takes about 15days to
finish the sample. The time for making mould is about 7-10 days.
(After we are in receipt of the payment and your Express Account.)
(Samplingcost depends on the quantity and items you choose, and can
be returned according to reasonable QTY. )
8Q : Is custom design or painting available?
A : Yes, we can do the customized design (shape) or the painting
(pattern) ,both of them are available to be made.
9Q: What if we don’t reach the MOQ?
A : If less than100 pcs, we can check our current production order,
if available for this product, then we can consolidate your order
into our production to support your project.
