1. What if I don't like this design?
No worries, we have plenty of other designs for your choice from,
or you can show us your favorite design and have it customized
here.
2. How long to make a custom design sample?
Usually will take 12 to 20 days, it depends on the quantity.
3. How long for mass production after sample confirmed?
Regularly will take around 25days, depends on the quantity.
4. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a manufacturer and our factory is in Zhangzhou city, we have
our own marketing team, so our price can be very reasonable because
there is no intermediate links.
5. Can you make very realistic/lifelike designs?
Yes, we can because we have skillful handicraft masters with more
than 12years experience. No problem for us to create any style
designs, carton or lifelike, abstract or concreate. We will just
need some 2D pictures for reference.3D data files will also be
welcomed.
6. How about customer's Confidentiality and Non-disclosure?
This is one of our company's principle that we won't share any
related designs/products information from customers to any third
parties. We won't do any action customers' designs/products without
customers' permission.
7. What's the payment terms and how to pay?
T/T50% before producing, T/T another 50%before shipping.
8. How to ship?
By Express (Air) By Train or By Sea, we will help to check the most
competitive shipping freight for customers. Customers can also
arrange their own shipping company to pick up the products from our
factory.
