2. Production Flow

Step 1. Make a full scale clay model by confirmed drawings.

Step 2. Send finished model pictures with different angel to customer. Customer give suggestion to improve until model confirm.

Step 3.Cast the clay model to oulopholite molds or rubber molds.

Step 4. We will use traditional skill of sand casting and lost wax casting for sculptures.

Step 5. After cast out small pieces we will weld them together by final confimred model photos.

Step 6. Patina color can be bronze finish,profeessional car painting or any color can be selected by customer.

3. Packing & Shipping

Packagling:
We can provide varieties of packaging, such as egg-grid crate with bubble bag, white box, color box, kraft box, cylinder box or according to your requirements.

Shipping:
delivers all kinds of shipping ways, including sea shipment, air shipment, sea/air shipment, door to door courier shipment, land shipment and train shipment. We will recommend the best cost performance solutions to our customers for consideration and decision .
Delivery:
Usually, our price is FOB. We'll deliver the cargo to your forwarder's warehouse. We can also help you with the shipping if you do not have forwarder.
